Custom Orders Policy

1. Designing

Use Create Your Rosary to design your piece. Every selection — beads, crucifix, centrepiece, finish, engraving — is saved into your order exactly as chosen.

2. Confirmation

After checkout, our atelier emails you a written specification sheet with a photo mock-up for approval before crafting begins. Nothing is made until you confirm.

3. Crafting & Timing

• Custom rosaries are handcrafted in 3–5 business days after approval.
• Engraving adds one crafting day. Rush crafting (48 hours) is available on request.
• You'll receive photos of your finished rosary before it ships.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes are free until crafting begins. After crafting starts, cancellations incur a 30% materials fee. Approved custom pieces can't be returned unless faulty — see our Returns page.

5. Pricing

Base price ₦28,000 plus your chosen customisations, shown live in the builder. What you see is what you pay.
