Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply email hello@thesaintscollections.com with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup or drop-off.
Engraved and made-to-order rosaries are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Before crafting, we always confirm your specifications by email — custom pieces include a photo approval step.
If anything arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it immediately — no questions, no quibbles.
